“I had heard that Troy had done some ‘Worship Art’ so I had an idea… I was scheduled to sing ‘Masterpiece of Mercy’ for a Special at Goshen Christian Church in May, 2013 and so I thought it would be really neat if Troy would do a painting while I sang. God was working behind the scenes that day as He laid it on my heart to ask Troy if he would illustrate ‘Butterfly Hugs’. Troy thought it over, smiled and agreed. On May 4, 2013, you might say that our ‘Creative Duet’ for God’s Glory was born…and so began our journey as Author and Illustrator.”
